By accessing or using the Lumina wallet or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Lumina.

What Lumina is

Lumina is a non-custodial software wallet for the Stellar network. It is a tool that helps you generate, store, and use your own keys — it does not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time.

Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and any device or password used to access your wallet.
• If you lose your recovery phrase, we cannot recover it or your funds. There is no "forgot password" for a self-custody wallet.
• You are responsible for verifying transaction details (recipient, amount, network) before signing. Transactions on Stellar are irreversible once confirmed.

No financial advice

Nothing in Lumina or on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and carry risk, including the risk of total loss. Use Lumina at your own discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lumina for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the wallet or the Stellar network, or to misrepresent your affiliation with Lumina.

"As is", no warranty

Lumina is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the wallet will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, arising from your use of the wallet.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumina after a change means you accept the updated terms.
